The implementation of your tooling is based on your technical specifications and our know-how. Study conducted in 2D and 3D software Solidworks and TOP SOLID. We are able to exploit all types of files. Our designers master all the machines on the market to guarantee the success of your project.We travel to your sites for technical meetings in advance or in progress.
The production of your tools is carried out by a team of 30 qualified technicians trained in-house in the job of a moulder and the specifics of your process. A machine park made up of 8 machining centers allows us to be responsive and accompany you for projects with several tools.
Throughout the development of a tooling, a self-check is carried out by the technicians.
We have a FARO arm system that allows us to carry out a check with report on demand. It also allows you to digitally reproduce a piece on an existing tool. For the automotive market, we provide a tool control report certifying the compliance of moulded parts control areas.
